Job Summary
We are looking for a DSP Sourcing Specialist to join our logistics team! This role involves sourcing Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) nationwide and managing relationships to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing DSPs: Identify and source potential DSPs across the country.
- Qualification Checks: Conduct thorough qualification and compliance reviews.
- Reputation Investigation: Assess the business reputation of prospective DSPs.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with DSPs.
- Contract Oversight: Negotiate and manage contracts with DSPs.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams for smooth DSP integration.
- Price Negotiation: Negotiate service prices effectively.
- Daily Management: Support daily operations of DSPs and ensure performance standards.
- Cultural Integration: Educate DSPs on company culture and policies.
- Payment Terms: Ensure compliance with payment terms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Analys or related field prefer.
- Experience in Logistics industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
